Smells like freshly cut hay with some sweetness, but not much else. It's very young, and I hate to say this because I'd love to have a great local distillery to recommend, but this is among the worst whiskeys I've ever had out of hundreds.

Smelling strongly of cedar. Distinctive from typical tastings. Adding ice reveals dried fruit and citrus notes. A pleasant surprise from the evening's selection.
An outstanding Bourbon for cocktails. The few dominant flavors harmonize exceptionally well with nearly any ingredient added to it.
The flavoring and spices dissipate quite rapidly.
A thin, peculiar flavor, bordering on a conventional bourbon.
Bourbon with a fiery kick, showing cinnamon notes and mellow sweetness.
