This Belgian gin is created by infusing 15 botanicals and is based on the distillate from the Old Lindemans Kriek Cuvée René. The latter is brewed with whole cherries, following Belgian lambic tradition. The gin itself is double distilled in small batches (up to 250 liters) in a copper cauldron or alembic. It's quite interesting that they used beer distillate. It gives it a distinct character.
