May have some potential, but at 17 months in new charred barrels, it is very young and tastes that way. Not much complexity. A hint of toffee on the nose. Some sweetness from the corn and wheat. Finishes with a strong alcohol note. It lacks balance. This just tastes too young.

Not a successful experiment. Numerous drawbacks make it difficult to know where to start. Grassy, immature, and straw-like. My husband found it unpleasant and harsh.
Aged for 6 years.
Very grassy! Not worth the price, but it is unique.
