Considering it's a 15-month bourbon with a level 3 char, this has the grain aroma and taste of moonshine. It only slightly reveals some barrel caramel when exposed to air on the finish. I prefer more barrel flavor in my bourbon, but if I had to choose a young bourbon for my collection, this is the best I've encountered so far.
