About this bottle
Lighthouse Gin, produced by New Zealand's first female head distiller Rachel Hall, is replacing Lighthouse Batch Distilled Gin internationally. This grain-based gin is infused with 9 botanicals, notably native Yen Ben lemons, alongside navel oranges, coriander seed, almond, cassia bark, cinnamon quills, licorice root, orris root, and juniper. It is diluted with natural spring water and bottled at 40% ABV. A rollout to California, Nevada, and Florida, as well as online sales, is planned for autumn 2023, with national availability expected in 2024.
