Brendon Irwin 3.5

Appearance: Creamy with a very subtle pinkish-brown hue. It leaves thick trails. Aroma: Nutmeg, freshly baked cinnamon rolls, a whisper of vanilla, and malted milk. Flavor and texture: It arrives creamy and sweet with a distinct nutmeg and cinnamon taste, similar to spiced milk but superior. The texture is rich and creamy, yet not at all cloying or greasy. The palate fades quickly and is highly compelling. An intriguing liqueur, it bridges the gap between herbal and nut liqueurs with a very creamy consistency. This is due to the inclusion of tiger nut meal (think almond milk for a close approximation). Its direct inspiration is horchata. Picture a glass of refreshing almond and rice milk, slightly thickened and sweetened, infused with a delightful blend of baking spices and rum, served ice cold over rocks. It's a successful faux-dairy liqueur that is not only very palatable but also suitable for those avoiding lactose! The nut-meal milk texture makes it both substantial and satisfying, yet also crisp and refreshing, without the fatty heaviness of milk. If you enjoy Bailey's, you should definitely try this; you won't be let down and might even switch.

Sweet and creamy. Vanilla, slight cinnamon notes. Would be perfect in a piña colada
