Liberty Pole Wheated Bourbon Whiskey

Nose: Caramel, barrel spice, toasted almonds, vanilla, baking spices, and a hint of dark chocolate Palate: Caramel, toasted corn, sweet tobacco, cola, baking spices, oak, and vanilla Finish: Medium duration with dried corn, cinnamon, and a touch of dark chocolate Overall: This Bourbon is slightly less sweet and a bit more earthy than typical versions. It truly stands out. Excellent spirit from a superb Distillery and wonderful people.

Very consistently balanced. I genuinely love this bourbon and appreciate that it's produced locally to me.
