Produced at Corporativo Destileria Santa Lucia in Jalisco, Mexico's Los Altos region, La Puerta Negra Blanco is made from 100% blue weber agave. The agave piñas are cooked in stainless steel ovens, and roller extraction is used for the juices. After being double distilled in stainless steel stills, this unaged blanco tequila is bottled at 40% ABV.
