An unfiltered, gluten-free Nigori Sake, handmade in Kyoto, Japan, bottled at 9.5% ABV. It should be shaken before drinking. It has a delicate beginning with hints of rice, fruit, flowers, herbs & spices; a balanced middle adds notes of honeydew, strawberry, vanilla, tart yogurt & milk of flowers; leading to an off-dry & tangy conclusion of medium length.
