About this bottle

Kübler Verte Suisse Absinthe is produced following a formula originally created by Jacob Frederic Kübler in 1875. Unlike typical Swiss absinthes that omit a post-distillation herb maceration, this one includes it. Seven botanicals, featuring grand wormwood (sourced from Val-de-Travers), green anise, and fennel, are integral to its creation. The Verte style requires three months for natural color development. Packaged in a dark bottle, it is produced in limited quantities, with each bottle showing a vintage date and number. It is bottled at 72% ABV.
