Tried and bought at the tasting room in Ledbetter. A 4-5 year old Kentucky sour mash aged in Texas. 75% corn, 21% rye, and 4% malt. It's 86 proof, but has good flavor and complexity even at the lower proof. Honey, cake, vanilla, orange, cream, sweet pastry, cinnamon.

Has a bit more kick than the Founder’s Reserve. Good flavor and aftertaste.

Wood, hay, newsprint, and cinnamon apple. The aroma is weak. It's got spice and pepper.
