A single barrel selection from AppleJack’s wine and spirits. It’s exceptionally smooth. The initial taste brings caramel and nutty notes. The finish has a faint peppermint essence, almost cleansing the mouth by itself. Delightfully delicious; I might need to purchase another bottle.
