Another barrel selection from Knob Creek that I acquired. They consistently meet expectations. The aroma offers brown sugar, vanilla, caramel, and a hint of fruit. The initial taste mirrors the scent, followed by oak and warmth. The finish is lengthy and intense, as anticipated from this 120-proof Knob Creek selection. With an ice cube, a peppery finish emerges. A fantastic value for under $50. Much appreciated to the Louisville Bourbon Club!
