After resting in glass for over 10 minutes, slightly chilled and diluted. The aroma is mildly herbal and somewhat soapy(?). Barrel character is initially strong, but an almost sharp floral note is detectable throughout. Hints of cinnamon emerge in the finish. It has a full mouthfeel, even with dilution.
