Kings County Blended Bourbon is a blend of straight whiskeys produced at the Brooklyn-based distillery. The blended bourbon category legally requires a minimum of 51% straight bourbon, with the remaining portion able to be any whisky or neutral spirits. For this product, Kings County Distillery utilizes its own straight bourbon, straight corn, straight rye, and straight malt whiskeys in the blend. It became available in New York State on September 14, 2022, with a nationwide rollout planned afterward. (SRP $54.99)

Nose: Cooked sweet corn, gentle caramel, and spice with a smooth finish. Palate: The composition of the blend is truly evident here. Corn takes center stage, harmonizing with minerality, vanilla, spice, and just a whisper of Islay single malt character. Finish: Rather subtle, to be honest; I tend to consume this rather quickly. A highly drinkable dram.
An adequate whiskey with prominent corn notes and a faint cardboard hint, possibly indicating its youth. It bears a resemblance to Larceny, despite lacking wheat in its grain bill.
