Ivory Temple 4.0

The aroma begins somewhat intensely with an incredible burst of vanilla and baking spices, supported by charred oak in brown sugar. It immediately seems rather potent with strong spice notes, even without rye in this bourbon. It quickly begins to soften, allowing for a deeper appreciation of the subtle spicy and smooth qualities. The taste is dry yet rich, coating the entire mouth with baking spices and charred oak, while a pleasant wave of smooth vanilla balances everything. It's quite straightforward in that regard: spicy, oaky, and possessing a certain quality of smoothness. The finish is medium-long and spicy, keeping the mouth tingling as other sensations fade. This is quite typical for this distillery, reflecting their expertise in creating simple yet intense spirits.
