Unexpected. This Bourbon, despite its light color, possesses more flavor depth than I anticipated. It has some floral notes, a mild sweetness, and a longer finish. I was genuinely pleased.
It has a strong initial bite that smooths out towards the finish.
Standard local bourbon.
