An elegant blended Kentucky Straight Bourbon. One version is made with a mash bill containing 12% Rye, while the other features a 39% High-Rye mash bill. Both are aged for at least 6 years in new charred American White Oak barrels and bottled at 90 proof. It presents an aromatic beginning with hints of grains, wood, fruits, nuts, herbs & spices; followed by a rich middle with notes of baked apples & sweet corn; and concludes with a long & warm finish of caramel apple, toasted oak, rye spice & almonds.
