About this bottle

Jim Beam Choice Green Label is a sour mash Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey that undergoes 5 years of aging and charcoal filtration. In contrast to the Lincoln County Process used for Tennessee whiskey, where charcoal filtration precedes cask aging, this bourbon is filtered through charcoal after aging and before its final bottling.

This is a solid choice for daily drinking. The price is fantastic, especially considering it's $11 for 750ml, and it offers more depth than expected for a budget bourbon. I was taken aback to learn it underwent double charcoal filtering. Grab a bottle if you find it; it's not consistently available. 🤔🥃👍👍👍👍

A smooth, mild bourbon, likely originating from a fictional peaceful land.
