Hmm. The initial heat from the alcohol gives way to a mild corn sweetness, but then jalapeño takes over strongly. It burns on the way down and lingers for a long time afterward. I enjoy spicy things, but this feels somehow off. I don't detect any of the 'honey' that is supposed to be present.
