If I remember from the guided tasting, this uses their high rye mash bill. For being aged in 30-gallon barrels, this is quite good – superior! This producer is located in a pleasant rural area in northwest Ohio. Definitely worth a visit if you're nearby! Year: ‘22 Batch: 5 Bottle: 31

Classic bourbon aroma, but subdued. Light on the palate initially, with a pleasant finish. I detect leather, cherries, and a hint of cinnamon over a subtle vanilla base. It's an everyday drinker I would buy again.
The finish is smooth.
