Ichiro's Malt Chichibu Red Wine Cask Matured 2023

Excellent drink with notes of berries, honey, citrus, and holiday spices. Nose: Grapefruit, Blueberries, Raspberries, Honey, Cinnamon, Apricots, Strawberries and Cream, Lavender, Toffee Palate/Finish: Raisins, Strawberries, Cinnamon, Dark Chocolate, Raspberries, Hazlenuts, Christmas Cakes, Prunes, Acacia Honey, Grapefruit, Walnuts, Blood Oranges, Morello Cherries, Blackcurrants

This is a very dry red wine cask finish. A bit too dry for my liking.
