About this bottle
Gerry Calabrese, proprietor of The Hoxton Pony cocktail bar in Shoreditch, London, developed this gin. The presence of grapefruit and coconut is indicated on the bottle, alongside botanicals of tarragon, iris, and juniper. These ingredients are steeped for five days before undergoing distillation in a copper pot-still. It is important to note that this gin has been succeeded by a version with a slightly lower proof, reduced coconut content, and new packaging in a square bottle.

That artificial coconut flavor is too much, like a cheap liqueur instead of gin.
