From a specific barrel, at 60.8% alcohol. Appears copper colored in a tasting glass. The aroma has oak and cedar, with a faint hint of burnt sugar. It's sweet and smooth on the palate, with notes of licorice and spearmint, orange, and brown sugar. The finish has smoked oak that persists for a considerable time. Exceptionally well-crafted.

This is a Bourbon that has been finished with seasoned Aspen staves. The finishing process adds an additional layer of sweetness, spice, and body to the typical Bourbon profile.

It's light-bodied, mellow, and sweet, with notes of honey and wood.
