Smooth and creamy. A light taste of cherry or raspberry pie with honey mixed in. No spice, and a short but pleasant finish. The nose is somewhat herbaceous, but it doesn't carry over to the palate.
One of my preferred bourbons! The Manhattan barrel truly imparts that delightful vermouth characteristic.
The palate brings herbal notes and cherry. It finishes a bit dull.
