A very good vodka, exceptionally smooth for taking shots. While we typically use vodka for mixing, drinking this straight was not unpleasant.

Though High West is more widely recognized for its rye whiskeys, it also offers a vodka. This spirit is characterized as an "oat-flavored" vodka, made with a mash bill of 85% oats and 15% malted barley. This is then combined with a base vodka derived from wheat and corn. The vodka bypasses chill-filtration and carbon treatment processes. The "7000'" designation refers to the precise altitude of their Park City, Utah, distillery bar.
