Immature and rough. The nose has a vegetal quality: similar to bay leaves, but more like crisp oak leaves. It aims for sweetness but tastes almost like paint. The initial taste is mild, then followed by a jumble of conflicting flavors. It's quite an experience, much like riding an elk.
