About this bottle

The most recent addition to the Hellyers Road brand's offerings, as of late 2015, is the Hellyers Road Port Cask, a limited release consisting of ten casks. While nine of these casks were used for the Port Cask bottles, one cask was incorporated into the Hellyers Road Saint Valentines Peak Limited edition batch. The cask is French Oak, an Australian ex-port cask, and the whisky, in line with Hellyers Road's practice, is not chill-filtered.
