Aroma: apple skins, vanilla, honey, smoke Palate: herbal, spices Finish: long smoky malty finish Healeys is traditionally a cider producer, but they have recently expanded into whisky, gin, and brandy. I tried this single malt (only 1200 liters produced so far) and a blended malt made in collaboration with St Austell. It's quite pricey at £200 a bottle, so I stuck with the sample, but it has a very nice, balanced flavor.
