On the nose: I detect corn, corn, and more sweet corn. On the palate: Caramel and sweet corn dominate the flavor profile here. I wouldn't typically expect this combination, but it works well. The finish: A medium finish where the caramel takes the lead and concludes the experience. Overall: It's a bit one-note. Definitely not bad, but not particularly engaging.

Sweet oak on the nose. The palate has sweet corn and oak. The finish has an astringent, wet leather taste, similar to Hudson Baby Barrel. It's not a flavor I enjoy.

The nose is dominated by heavy oak and damp wood, with sweet corn, some char, and a slight bite at the conclusion. It's uninspired and frankly, not very good.

The 6-gallon cask method used here didn't achieve its intended outcome. It's akin to consuming a piece of lumber.

Tastes like boiled peanuts with a hint of sweetness. I'm not a fan.

Sharp and sweet. Hard to imagine it's only 6 months old.
