About this bottle
Hakutake “Shiro” Shochu is produced at the Takahashi Distillery in Kyushu, Japan. Made from rice and rice koji, it undergoes a single distillation and is classified as a "Otsu rui" shochu. Following distillation, it rests for six months in stainless steel tanks before being bottled at 25% ABV.
