The nose has a sweet and iodine aroma, but the sweetness is truly delightful. The taste is dominated by iodine. The finish is long, with a heavy oak flavor that is more medicinal. I did appreciate the oak flavor.

120.99 proof. 69% corn, 19% barley, 12% rye. Notes of roasted malt, sour mash, charred oak, dark roasted corn, apples, caramel, vanilla, cinnamon, chocolate, brown sugar, honey, and tobacco.
The aroma suggests a rich, savory character, reminiscent of candied bacon. The taste offers a pleasant corn sweetness accompanied by a subtle bacon note.
Nice deep flavor for a fairly young bourbon. Honey on the palate. Love the name.
Strong flavor and heat, not enjoyable.
