About this bottle
This is the inaugural Private Stock release from the Idaho-based distillery, launched in 2021. The corn whiskey is made with 100% Idaho corn and aged for 6.5 years in used barrels from their bourbon brand, Colter's Run. Released as single barrels, there were 9 barrels in this bottling, with each bottle hand-numbered to display barrel and bottle information. It was bottled at 50% ABV in October 2021. SRP $79.95.
