Grand Canyon Distillery Straight Bourbon Whiskey

Light on the nose, with a medium-light color. The aroma offers faint ethanol, honey, and soft caramel. It smells light and on the sweeter end. The taste presents soft notes of honey, vanilla, and caramel. It's not very viscous or complex, with a short finish. It's smooth, just not very engaging.

Enjoyed at the distillery in Page, Arizona. It was smooth and sweet, with a great aroma.

The flavor profile is very (VERY!) thin.
