Significantly sweeter than savory. Not your typical London dry. Normally, I appreciate tasting the juniper in my gin and tonic, with a kick. While I might not want to drink this every day, it possesses a very distinctive quality. It integrates seamlessly with tonic water. I've tried it with several different tonic waters, and the result is consistent; they complement each other perfectly. You can't tell where the gin begins and the tonic ends. It's truly difficult to articulate, but the gin and tonic become unified. Unique for me, but good! Consider this for your next gin and tonic.

About this bottle
GINRAW Gastronomic Gin was developed through a collaboration involving its two founders, a chef, a mixologist, a sommelier, and a master parfumeur. The production employs two distinct distillation techniques. The first involves distilling a wheat-based spirit and juniper in a copper pot still. The second utilizes a Rotaval for low-temperature distillation, incorporating two sets of ingredients: Mediterranean botanicals such as lemon peel, citron peel, and laurel leaves; and exotic botanicals including kaffir lime leaves, black cardamom, and coriander seeds. These botanicals are macerated in the distillate before undergoing individual distillation, after which the resulting distillates are blended and bottled at 42.3% ABV.
