Aroma: Alcohol, sweetness, grain, malty, buttery. Taste: High alcohol content, buttery popcorn, black pepper, spices. It resembles spiced vodka. Finish: Very brief. Sweet, black pepper, spice. 84% corn, 8% rye, 8% malted barley For an unaged white spirit, it has a creamy texture. Spicy and buttery, with hints of sweet popcorn. Very sharp vodka notes, softened by the creaminess. It also has some intriguing tequila/mezcal undertones. Overall, it's sweeter and creamier than many unaged spirits I've encountered. Somewhat intriguing for a white spirit – more like vodka than whiskey, but that's to be expected.

I believe this whiskey warrants two separate evaluations. Generally speaking, it's mellow and sweet with a slight bite at the conclusion, but it lacks depth. However, among unaged whiskeys, it's certainly one of the superior options.

An acceptable mixer. When sipped straight, a pleasant sweet corn taste and slight warmth emerge. For something without aging, it's quite good.

The smell is fantastic. Like buttery popcorn. I'm eager to use this instead of vodka and tequila in cocktails.
