Galliano l'Aperitivo is a vibrant red bitter liqueur crafted from infusions of various Mediterranean citrus fruits, including oranges, bergamots, bitter oranges, chinottos, tangerines, and grapefruit. It also contains a small amount of Galliano l'Autentico, the brand's traditional herbal liqueur made with 30 herbs, spices, and plant extracts. Prominent botanicals include anise, juniper, cardamom, sandalwood, sage, lavender, peppermint, cinnamon, and vanilla.

An unexpected delight. It sits somewhere between Montenegro (less sweet) and Campari (less bitter). I suspect it would make an excellent spritz. Get ready for a Galliano Spritz.
