Very well-rounded. Some nice honey notes initially followed by a dry herbal finish for balance. Faint gentian, but it could show more of that. A subtle citrus presence too.
A classic Italian herbal bitterness; I'm finding it difficult to be more precise than that.
Pleasantly bitter with an herbal bite and a slight quinine presence.
