San Francisco Distilling Co.'s initial offering, Forty Nine Mile Straight Bourbon, originates from MGP in Indiana. Its mash bill consists of 75% corn, 21% malted rye, and 4% malted barley. The bourbon undergoes aging and blending processes in California before being matured for 7 years in new American oak barrels with a #3 char. It is bottled at 90 proof and was initially only available in California.
