Flóki Icelandic Young Malt

Appreciation to friends! I sampled this in Iceland previously, but the distiller wasn't recognized then. The aroma presents notes of honey, wheat, barley, smoke, grass, and a very earthy quality. The palate tastes like green tea with hints of honey, clove, cardamom, pear, apple, and Sopaipilla. It exceeded my expectations.

This spirit is wild and young, with a strong flavor of hay or grain, finishing with sweetness. The nose is very potent, and it has a honey finish.

Little menthol, very sweet, disappears on the tongue.

Harsh, salty, with a grain presence and a trace of fire
