It's virtually unknown. It's inexpensive. It's good. This 'lightly peated' blended whisky doesn't even have a website. You can get it for around $25. Bottled at 43% ABV. On the nose, it's peaty, which is good. Subtle aromatic peat, toffee, earthy, and salty notes. On the palate, it's very sulphuric. Lots of toffee as well. Hay: A significant amount of burning hay. This is my first time trying it. Very grassy. Intriguing. A sensation of burning oak. Aftertaste is very brief, with a peppery quality. Overall, this is a solid 80 out of 100, especially considering the price point.
