About this bottle
An Oude style jenever from Belgium, this spirit contains between 15% and 50% malt-wine. A separate juniper distillate is created and aged, just as the malt-wine is, for a minimum of eight years in American oak. The two are then combined. Filliers Distillery, which offers a range of jenevers, some with fruit or cream flavorings, in addition to gin, vodka, advocaat, and whisky, bottles this at 50% ABV and distributes it across Europe.
