I've had a fair amount of this, attempting to discern my feelings about it. This particular pour is about two-thirds through the bottle. The aroma is quite mild and doesn't offer much. It carries the typical scent of corn bourbon. The flavor begins with that usual sweet corn, then immediately shifts to black pepper. It's not overpowering, but it's the sole distinct note once that transition occurs. The finish lingers for a while but doesn't overstay its welcome. It leaves a pleasant caramel aftertaste.

Prominent corn and a touch of rye spice. Tastes extremely young. My estimation would be a neutral grain aged for about six months in a barrel. Not good.
