A refined Austrian Single Grain, Single Cask bottling from Joseph Farthofer at the Farthofer Distillery. It was matured in French oak that had been lightly toasted. "A nice blend of Schnapps and Whiskey (Schn-iskey?). It starts with a subtle and sweet introduction of cereal and rice-crispy treats; its rich development brings notes of fresh grain, toasted oak, vanilla, and banana; concluding with a brief, subtle finish of dried fruit, citrus, and apricot.
