Aroma: sweet cinnamon and brown sugar. Palate: very sweet vanilla and caramel, with spices emerging at the end. Finish: warm and long, with baking spices and raisin notes. Not quite as complex as the older Ezra Barrel Strength, but this is a stellar pour for a $35 bottle.
