Pale hue, with alcohol noticeable on the nose and palate. I really disliked this one.

About this bottle
Chapter 15 from the English Whisky Company is a heavily peated, five-year-old single malt, comprising a vatting of four ex-bourbon casks (numbers 615 to 618) from Norfolk's St. George's Distillery. St. George's, a relatively new distillery, commenced production in 2006 with two 1800-liter pot stills, the smallest allowed in England without a special permit. The grain is sourced locally from Fakenham, situated a short distance north of the distillery. Released in November 2013, it is bottled at 46% ABV, and a cask strength version is also available.
