About this bottle

St. George's Distillery, the site of English Whisky Co. production, is the first distillery in England in over 120 years. Utilizing local barley from the Nelstrop family and Breckland water, this unpeated expression is crafted in the style of a light Scottish Highlands single malt.

Melanie York 3.0

At first, I thought it was a bit thin with not much depth and character, but as the bottle has been depleted, it has improved and is now a perfectly acceptable, if not exceptional, whiskey.

Jessie Mott 3.0

Made a trip from Luton to the distillery. The staff were very pleasant, and they had a good variety of scotches available, along with their own products. I purchased a bottle of chapter 6; it's well-balanced and highlights an earthy flavor.
