A balanced, 5-year-old single malt from England, distilled in April 2010, aged in an Oloroso Sherry cask, and bottled in February. It presents a savory and sweet beginning with notes of plum pudding, mince pies, red chili, and charred oak; followed by a thick and creamy middle with notes of Sherried malt, raisins, sultanas, and white pepper; leading to a long, warming, and sweet end with notes of juicy Sherry and a hint of smoke.
