Bright aromas of juniper, succulent orange, sarsaparilla, anise, coriander, and citrus blossom. It is full-bodied and oily in the mouth. The palate begins with lemon pith, then reveals more juniper, sarsaparilla, anise, coriander, and orange, along with a hint of rose petal. The finish is long and smooth. Rated 3.50/5.00 – Impressive (served neat)
