Maker's note: I correctly identify what I'm tasting perhaps half the time. I bought a small bottle of "Elijah Wood Small Batch" at my local store in rural VT, and the only thing similar listed by the distiller is this local variation from elsewhere. It takes me too long to log something each time. Consider the Untappd system. Nevertheless... smooth, sweet. Oak, caramel, a hint of smoke. Very approachable. A smooth drink. I intend to compare it with Eagle Rare. Positive review.
